Épisode 8 : Mardi 10  Décembre

RETARD

Estimation : ARRIVÉE 20h45

8h17 : Ça y est… On est partis ! Les soutes pleines à craquer, le car grimpe la rampe d’accès de la cour de la Sophie-Scholl-Gesamtschule sous les auf Wiedersehen des familles. 

8h32 : Nous roulons depuis 15 minutes. L’autoroute que nous avons atteinte rapidement est pour l’instant bien dégagée… Les 37 jeunes passagers se font plutôt silencieux, comme si dans leurs têtes, ils étaient perdus quelque part entre le souvenir de ces dix derniers jours et la perspective de retrouver leurs habitudes françaises. Mais ça y est… Nous approchons de Cologne… Comme prévu, la circulation ralentit.

11h00 : On avance… Lentement, mais sûrement. L’agglomération colognaise et la densité de la circulation nous donne de bien profiter du paysage de la Rhénanie.

L’ambiance est au beau fixe malgré le bouchon.

12h22 : Le bouchon, lui aussi est au beau fixe… Un retard d’au-moins deux heures est à prévoir. Dans l’après-midi, dès que nous pourrons le faire avec précision, nous ne manquerons pas de vous tenir informés sur notre heure d’arrivée.  Les Enfants sont exceptionnels de patience. Il faut dire que leur Professeur d’Allemand assure une animation en cabine, digne des plus grands ambianceurs des salles de spectacles.

13h50 : Le bouchon est derrière nous… Le pique-nique est avalé… Quelques minutes pour se dégourdir les jambes, et on repart.

14h37 : Nous voici en Belgique. L’humeur et la météo sont au beau fixe :-)

Dès que nous aurons passé Liège,  nous vous donnerons une estimation de notre heure d’arrivée. 

15h09 : Nous sommes encore en Belgique, mais Liège et ses gros bouchons habituels sont maintenant derrière nous. Si les conditions de circulation se maintiennent, 🤞, nous devrions arriver à Saint-Victrice vers 20h15 environ. 

16h50 : Passage un peu délicat de la frontière franco-belge… Mais ça avance…

Nous voilà en France ! Ça roule bien à nouveau… Tous le monde va bien et chacun s’est résigné à l’inévitable : Nous serons en retard… Très en retard ! À bientôt…

17h57 : La pause s’impose… Notre chauffeur Cyrille nous annonce un arrêt reglementaire de 45 minutes. Ça va faire du bien à tout le monde :-p

18h45 : Nous reprenons la route pour ce qui sera la dernière ligne droite. De façon relativement précise, nous pouvons vous annoncer une arrivée estimée aux environs de 20h45… 

Épilogue

20h21 : Voilà voilà… Dans quelques minutes, nous aborderons la rue Philibert Caux, dernière ligne droite d’une journée exceptionnellement longue. Les causes de notre retard, en plus d’être indépendantes de notre volonté, n’auront en rien entamé les bons souvenirs que nous garderons de ces 10 jours passés.
